The Mojo Cafe is a supernatural Hollywood nightclub where the ultimate Q-rating test takes place. If you fail, the "reapers" take you away to an alien ship, presumably forever. If you pass, however, it's proof that you are dumb enough to get a mind-wipe and an anal probe and a slot as a TV talk show host or a network anchor.
